These documents are binding work instructions. Everyone – internal or external – must implement the instructions.
In the unlikely event that…
Exceptions may only be made in individual cases if all these points are given:
- There are very important reason.
- Write the reason in the ticket before.
- Explain this in the meeting.
- This reason has been approved then by the entire PE team.
- The exception is well documented in code and ticket.
- Exceptions can only be submitted and approved by the PE team.
